6. Setting a standardized limit for borrowing to prevent detrimental debt management programs.
7. Completing abandoned and ongoing projects before initiating new ones.
8. Establishing a Governance Advisory Council to improve political governance, combat corruption, and uphold human rights.
9. Running an efficient government with a limited number of ministers to reduce government expenditure.
10. Eliminating ex-gratia payments and cutting wasteful spending in government.
