Mohammed BS Jallow, the Vice President of the Republic of The Gambia, held a high-level meeting with His Excellency El Moctar Ould Djay, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, in Nouakchott, focused on strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
