The Kanifing Magistrates’ Court has ordered the keeping of Lamin Sey and Mustapha Corr in custody, pending the determination of bail by the high court.

Presiding Magistrate Thomas Touray directed that Lamin Sey and Mustapha Corr remain in remand to facilitate their bail application at the high court, concerning count one. The request for bail on the remaining counts, said Magistrate Touray, will be deferred until the next adjournment date.
