Gambia: Two Remanded at Mile 2 Over Charges of Common Nuisance –

Two men, Masseh Salmeh and Omar Jagne were on Tuesday remanded at Mile Two Prison following their appearance before the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court charged with common nuisance.

Sargent E.M. Jallow, representing the Inspector General of Police, told Magistrate A. Manneh that the two were charged with common nuisance contrary to Section 137(1) of the Criminal Offences Act 2025.
