Alieu Krubally, an 18-year-old Gambian, and adult Gambian Buba Jaiteh appeared before Magistrate M. Dem at Brikama Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 29th September, facing charges of possession of prohibited drugs, contrary to Section 35(2)(a) of the Drug Control Act 2014, as amended.
