Gambia: Sanyang Ward Demands D2.3M FROM BAC –

The Sanyang Ward Development Committee is requesting a payment of D2.3 million pending geology fund from the Brikama Area Council (BAC), citing an option of taking legal action if the authority fails to settle it.

This demand was made at a retreat organised by the ward on the Sanyang beach on Sunday. The convergence has witnessed the attendance of all Village Development Committee chairpersons within the ward.
