The Governor of North Bank Region (NBR) expressed his gratitude towards the proprietor and management of Qcell for their generous donation of Ramadan gifts to the seven district chiefs in observance of the Holy Month of Ramadan. Governor Lamin Saidykhan commended this gesture as a timely support that aligns with the teachings of Islam, emphasizing the importance of sharing and caring during this sacred month.
