Gambia: Rape Case Involving Minor Moves To High Court. –

The Kanifing Magistrates’ Court presided over by Magistrate Awa Manneh yesterday transferred a rape case involving  a minor and a Dutch national, Jan De Jager to the High Court in Banjul.

During the proceeding, Sergeant 3217 E. Camara and Chief Inspector A Bojang announced their appearance on behalf of the Inspector General Of Police (IGP) while Defense Counsel LS Camara announced his appearance on behalf of the accused person.
