He confidently declared his certainty of entering paradise before the battle, based on his unwavering faith in God and the Holy Prophet(sa). His steadfastness and commitment to fighting for his faith earned him the honor of martyrdom and the praise of the Holy Prophet(sa).
Hazrat Thabit bin Dahdahah(ra) also played a crucial role in the Battle of Uhud, inspiring the Ansar to continue fighting for their faith even in the face of adversity. His martyrdom exemplified his dedication to God and his willingness to sacrifice everything for the sake of Islam.
Four members of the Wakhsh family, including Thabit bin Wakhsh(ra), Rifa’ah bin Wakhsh, Salamah bin Thabit(ra), and Amr bin Thabit(ra), were also martyred during the Battle of Uhud. Each member displayed remarkable courage and commitment to their faith, with some accepting Islam on the same day of their martyrdom.
