Twenty-five (25) staff drawn from the Ministry of Public Service (MoPS) and Personnel Management Office (PMO), completed five-day training on Evidence-Based Public Service Delivery.

The training took place from 8th -12th December, 2025, at the Civil Service University of The Gambia, formerly called Management Development Institute (MDI).
