The Ministry of Information, Media, and Broadcasting with support from WAVE Gambia recently sensitized communities on Countering Misinformation and Disinformation. The synergy was held at the Governor’s Office, Kerewan in the North Bank Region.

Lamin Saidykhan Governor of the North Bank Region noted the importance of the sensitization saying failure to act can contribute to dividing society and jeopardize peace and security.
