Gambia: Man Convicted Over Stabbing Incident in Serre Kunda –

The Kanifing Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday convicted one Muhammad Ndow for assault after he admitted stabbing a man with a broken bottle during a dispute over the sale of a mobile phone.

Ndow appeared before Principal Magistrate Sallah M’bai and was charged with assault causing actual bodily harm, contrary to Section 196 of the Criminal Offences Act, 2025. Sergeant 4194 appeared for the Inspector General of Police.
