Magistrate Thomas Touray of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court on Thursday convicted one Ousman Jagne for willfully and unlawfully damaging property belonging to his relative.
The accused pleaded guilty to a single count of “punishment for malicious injuries” contrary to Section 312 of the Criminal Code, Cap 10:01 Vol. III, Revised Laws of The Gambia 2009.
