The Kanifing Magistrates’ Court presided over by Magistrate Binta Sowe, yesterday convicted one Babucarr Mbye for unlawfully damaging a mobile phone belonging to his ex-girlfriend.

Mbye was charged with malicious injury to property contrary to section 290 of the Criminal Code, 2025.
