Gambia: Man Charged for Destroying Women’s Vegetables in Brikama –

Landing Jatta, a Gambian man, has appeared before Magistrate Dem at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court on a single count – “malicious injury to property.” The charge is contrary to Section 290(1) of the Criminal Offences Act 2025.
