Gambia: Lower Court Transfers Murder Case to Special Criminal Court –

The Banjul Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday transferred the murder case of one Ebou Secka to the Special Criminal Division of the High Court.

Ebou has been charged with the murder of Ebrima Ceesay, who was a taxi driver and a resident of Wellingara.
