Gambia: Justice Sonia Warns of Bail Revocation as Accused Fails to Appear –

Justice Sonia has ordered that the first accused person, Nfansu Fatty, and his counsel, K. Jallow, be formally notified to appear in court on the next adjourned date or risk revocation of bail.

The directive was issued during proceedings in the criminal matter involving the State versus Nfansu Fatty, the first accused, and Ensa Colley, the second accused, which came up for hearing of the prosecution’s sixth witness (PW6).
