The wrongful termination of contract case filed by journalist Kemeseng Sanneh against Alport Banjul Limited could not proceed on Thursday, 12 February 2026 because the presiding judge was said to be outside the jurisdiction of the court.

Proceedings at the High Court were expected to begin with the opening of the plaintiff’s case, but the matter was adjourned by the court clerk due to the judge’s absence.
