The High Court in Banjul has dismissed a no-case submission filed on behalf of Abdoulie Sanyang, ordering him to open his defence on two criminal charges, including arson and interference with judicial proceedings.

Justice Jaiteh, delivering the ruling, held that the prosecution had established a prima facie case requiring the accused to respond.
