A Guinean national, Alasana Kondeh, was remanded at Mile II Central Prison on Wednesday, 3rd September 2025, following charges linking him to a phone theft.

 

According to the court documents, which indicated that on or about 28th August 2025, at Kairaba Avenue in Kanifing Municipality, Kondeh allegedly stole an iPhone 12 Pro Max, valued at D39,276, belonging to Mamour Mbenga, a journalist and football coach.
