Gambia: GTHI Students Win Big at International Culinary Challenge in Morocco –

Students from the Gambia Tourism and Hospitality Institute (GTHI) have emerged victorious at the second edition of the International Culinary Challenge Competition held in Morocco. The weeklong competition took place at the Mohammedia Vocational High School for Hospitality and Tourism (MVHSHT), drawing participants from several countries, including Morocco, France, Italy, Canada, Tunisia, Senegal, and The Gambia.
