The Ministry of Public Service last Wednesday led the validation exercise of government’s National Performance Policy Document at a ceremony held at Metzy Hotel in Kololi.
Presiding over the opening ceremony, Hon. Baboucarr Bouy, the Minister of Public Service, said Gambia Government created Civil Service Reform Program (2018-2027) to address merit-based recruitment, promotion and drive socio-economic growth.
