Momodou Jallow, a Farato resident on Monday September 29th,  appeared before Brikama Magistrates’ Court charged with breaking into a building.

Appearing before Magistrate M. Dem, the accused was indicted on a single count of breaking into a building with intent to commit a felony, contrary to Section 259 of the Criminal Offences Act 2025.
