The Ecomig-Ghana troops stationed in Barra recently showed their support to the local community by donating learning materials to two schools in the area. The recipients of this generous gesture were ST Mathew Lower and Upper Basic School and Muhammed Nasire Arabic School.

Albinu Emmanuel Jatta, the Vice Principal of ST Mathew School, expressed his gratitude to the Ghanaian troops for their donation. He emphasized the importance of the learning materials, especially as the school was gearing up for exams. Jatta mentioned that these materials are often expensive and receiving them as a donation will help the school reduce its expenses.
