An 18-year-old Gambian boy, Cherno Barry, has been remanded at Mile 2 Central Prison after pleading guilty to charges of housebreaking and stealing before the Brikama Magistrates’ Court.

Barry appeared before Principal Magistrate Anna O. Mendy on Monday facing two counts under the Criminal Offences Act, Laws of The Gambia.
