Justice Sonia of the Banjul High Court Annex on Tuesday adopted consent terms reached by the parties as the judgment of the court in a civil matter between Banque Sahelo-Saharienne Pour l’Investissement et le Commerce Gambia Limited (BSIC) and Konnect Oil (Gambia) Limited, together with Mahammed Camara.

BSIC was the applicant in the case, while Konnect Oil (Gambia) Limited was the first respondent and Mahammed Camara the second respondent.
