The annual Banjul International Marathon is set to return on April 28, organized by the United Front and sponsored by Africell. This popular event will offer various race categories including a full marathon, half marathon, 10km, 5km, and 4km walk for health. In addition, this year’s event will also include a 5km para-athletics run, showcasing inclusivity and diversity in the sport.
Since its debut in 2019, the Banjul International Marathon has gained significant popularity, attracting over 5,000 athletes, including 200 international participants.
