Gambia: Aluminium Dealer Charged with Burglary and Theft –

An aluminium dealer, Muhammed Tairou Jallow, on Tuesday appeared before the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court charged with burglary, malicious damage to property and theft.

The accused was arraigned before Principal Magistrate Sallah M’bai and took his plea in Wolof. He pleaded not guilty to the charges of burglary and malicious property damage but admitted guilt to the charge of theft.
