Gambia: Alleged Car Jerker Granted D1.5M Bail –

An alleged motor vehicle thief Modou John was on Wednesday granted bail at the tune 1.5 million.

The court heard that Modou, on 4 May 2024, at Kololi, stole: a motor vehicle marked Range Rover with registration number WCR 8941 B valued at D1.2M, Volvo with registration number 5420 C valued at D300,000.00. The vehicles, valued at D1.5, were the property of one Foday Gassama.
