Magistrate K.B. Sambou of Brikama Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 16th October, adjourned the case of two boys who claimed to be 17 years old, for the court to advise itself on how to proceed.

First Class 7679 S. Sonko appeared for the Inspector General of Police, while the two accused persons, Modou Lamin Joof and Sulayman Joof, were unrepresented.

Before the charge sheet was read, Magistrate Sambou asked both accused their ages. They each responded that they were 17….
