4H The Gambia, a local NGO based in Farafenni, held an induction training for its newly elected Board of Directors. The training, which was held in the North Bank Region on Saturday, focused on clarifying the roles and functions of the board to promote good governance and accountability.

The event was attended by board members, staff, and representatives from 4H youth clubs in the North Bank and Central River Regions.
