A 21-year-old Gambian man, Kebba Sambou, was on Tuesday, 3rd September 2025, sentenced to 21-month imprisonment by Magistrate KB Sambou of Brikama Magistrates’ Court for two charges of offence.

Kebba Sambou faced two charges, which included theft and escape from lawful custody. Inspector Fadera appeared on behalf of the Inspector General of Police, while the accused was unrepresented.
