The decree No. 0115/PT-PR/MRI of March 8, 2024 convening and organizing the Inclusive National Dialogue will inevitably trigger a real battle for positioning to be among the 580 participants expected at this meeting that is capturing the interest of many Gabonese people.
Some want to participate to contribute to the future of Gabon. Others to make history. Still others to, among other things, take advantage of the per diems that will be distributed.
The budget for the meeting is between 3 and 5 billion CFA francs, according to the Minister in charge of institutional reform, Murielle Minkoue Mintsa.
Article 4 of the presidential decree defines the profile of the 580 participants as follows:
