The President of the Transition of the Republic of Gabon, General Brice OLIGUI NGUEMA will make a working and friendship visit to Côte d’Ivoire from Thursday, April 11 to Saturday, April 13, 2024, a 3-day stay in the country of President Alassane Drame Ouattara, a former protégé of Omar Bongo Ondimba.
According to a statement from the Ivorian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the President of the Gabonese transition will be received in audience by the Ivorian Head of State, Alassane OUATTARA, at the Presidential Palace, in the early afternoon of Thursday, April 11. General Brice OLIGUI N’GUEMA will then meet with the Gabonese community residing in Abidjan.
It is also planned during his stay in Ivorian territory, a visit to explore and discover the agricultural know-how in Côte d’Ivoire at the National Center for Agronomic Research (CNRA), a flagship of agronomic research institutes in Africa.
The President of the Gabonese Transition should return to Libreville on Saturday, April 13.
