The publishing director of the newspaper Le Temps, Jean Yves Ntoutoume, was elected this Saturday during an elective general assembly in Lambaréné as the new president of the Employers’ Organization of the Media (OPAM).
Created 6 years ago, OPAM is one of the most structured professional media organizations in the country.
Jean-Yves Ntoutoume succeeds Telesphore Obame Ngomo, who voluntarily stepped down following his promotion to the cabinet of the Transition President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguéma, where he serves as Special Advisor, head of the communication department.
Here is the composition of the new OPAM board:

2nd Vice President in charge of relations with institutions: Raïssa Sylvanna Oyeasseko
Secretary General: Harold Leckat
Assistant Secretary General: Roland Etoughet
