“The Patriotic Force of Gabon” (FPG), a citizen platform for reflection and action, is organizing this Saturday in the Divungui hall, located at the former SOBRAGA, the convention of the free citizen youth of Gabon in order to gather language elements and decision-making for a successful dialogue.
“This is an unprecedented opportunity, enlightened youth of Gabon, to make your legitimate aspirations heard and to clearly indicate the path we want to see our country take, in order to collectively determine the future we desire for ourselves and for future generations. Because, as the saying goes, what is done without us is done against us,” said Lionel giovani Boulingui, president of the organizing committee, spokesperson for the FPG.
Four (4) themes are at the center of the discussions, namely institutional reform; the role of the national army, the search for truth, justice and reconciliation; issues of sovereignty and colonial agreements, and finally the challenges related to education, training, and employment.
An opportunity for youth to sharpen their “weapons” together and to speak with one voice to defend the interests, present and future stakes of the nation.
