Abdominal exercises and fitness sessions marked the Sports Day organized on Saturday, February 24, 2024 by the Compagnie minière de l’Ogooué (Comilog) at its facilities in the city of Owendo (coastal town, neighboring Libreville).
Dozens of Comilog employees did not hesitate to participate in this sporting activity that contributes to well-being. Under the guidance of sports masters, the participants showed great energy.
“For several years now, the room has existed but the general public is not aware of the existence of this room. And so this stone’s throw not only helps to contribute to well-being but also to make known the dedicated gym not only to Comilog employees but also to the populations with a subscription,” he said, also calling on all populations including neighboring companies to enroll their staff to improve their health.
