Armand Dagraça, a Gabonese citizen who has worked for several years in the oil sector, calls for responsible management of this company which rightfully belongs to the Gabonese Republic. It is essential that the officials in charge of these companies act in accordance with international standards, while ensuring that the interests of the Gabonese people are preserved.
