Received with his wife, Tata Inès, in a special program on Eden TV this Monday, April 1, 2024, the famous host Steve Facia reacted to the confessions made by his wife about infidelity in their relationship.

Faithful or unfaithful? That’s one of the questions Dönklam Abalo asked to which the Beninese host, Steve Facia, responded this Monday evening in a special program. Indeed, the host of the popular show Week-end matin was invited to react to an emotional revelation made by his wife Inès Facia on the show Le Choeur des Femmes.

“I have lived through that and I stayed (…) for personal reasons. I remain deeply hurt, deeply wounded. The scar is still there! It has impacted my life until now. My husband Steve cannot deny it, God is our witness. I have become more observant. For example, when we are together and he receives a phone call and starts whispering (…), immediately, I am on alert. It’s not possible, it poisons life. Infidelity poisons life. We are on alert mode, we become suspicious of things that may be trivial. It’s not easy to live with,” said Ines Facia.

Steve Facia’s Clarifications

For Steve, his wife’s words were taken out of context. “What Inès said was a bit taken out of context. I think we have been together for 25 years, 23 years of marriage, two years of friendship, that’s 25 years of living together. She said her husband is not necessarily innocent, and I cannot say that I am completely innocent,” clarified Steve Facia.

The famous host acknowledges that his wife must have experienced things in her mind, in her body, to be able to make these declarations. “Now, she may have felt hurt, a woman who feels cheated on by her husband, she is certainly experiencing things. She used strong words, talked about infidelity. I am not here to legalize infidelity. I do not want to legitimize infidelity, I did not come to promote infidelity,” he explained.

Steve Facia Publicly Admits His “Excesses”

Without seeking to justify himself, Steve Facia admitted his excesses. “Logically, a man is made for one woman. Now, the colorful world with its inclinations and its… leads us to have excesses,” he says before being questioned by Dônklam Abalo. “Is it your case, have you had excesses?” the host quickly asked him.

And Steve Facia confessed. “I confess, I even confess my infidelity, and if I have hurt my wife, I will ask her forgiveness in front of all Beninese. It’s not easy, it was when I saw the evidence that I discovered many things, that I understood what my wife was going through,” he declared.

On this special program broadcast exclusively this Monday evening on Eden TV, Steve Facia also commented on the media lynching he faced following the confession of his wife Inès Facia on the show Le Choeur des Femmes. At the end of the show, Steve Facia also publicly asked for forgiveness from Inès Facia, who burst into tears.
