Eritrea: Training on Documentation and Archive Management – Africa Links 24

On April 3, 2024, in Asmara, the administration of the Central Region, in collaboration with the Research and Documentation Center, conducted training on documentation and archive management for 180 employees.

Mr. Bereket Taddese, head of human resources in the Central Region, mentioned that the training was designed to improve the employees’ skills in proper documentation, document management, and providing efficient service to clients.

Mr. Tekie Keleta, head of administration and finance in the region, emphasized the training’s significance in streamlining daily administrative activities and called for its continuation.

Ms. Azieb Tewolde, Director-General of the Research and Documentation Center, assured their support in enhancing the employees’ capacity in this field.

The trainees expressed their commitment to applying the knowledge acquired from the training to improve their work and deliver efficient service to clients.

Mr. Fesehaye Haile, Governor of the Central Region, encouraged the trainees to bring about substantial changes in the documentation and archive management system.
