He also emphasized the positive aspects related to this imminent deal, such as obtaining a large sum of money, attracting serious investment, implementing valuable projects, establishing a new city that operates throughout the year, and achieving a major tourism boom in the region.
Ras al-Hikma has made headlines in the local media as reports surfaced about a possible deal for an Emirati consortium to purchase a huge plot of land in the area on the northwestern coast of the Matrouh Governorate. Official sources also clarified that the Ras al-Hikma development project is part of a larger plan to develop the northwest coast region in general.
It is apparent that the Ras al-Hikma area is in the spotlight due to the potential for significant economic and tourism development. The sale of the large plot of land to an Emirati consortium aims to bring major investment and economic growth to the area, as well as providing the potential for the development of a new international tourist city. This could not only bring in a large sum of money from the sale but also attract further investment for valuable projects and contribute to a thriving tourism sector in the region.
