Housing Minister Asem Gazzar recently made a visit to several projects of the Chinese Group CSCEC while coincidentally overseeing the handing over of towers in the Central Business District of the New Administrative Capital. The Housing Ministry, in a statement released on Sunday 28/1/2024, mentioned that Gazzar was accompanied by Egyptian Ambassador to China Asem Hanafi and several other senior officials during this visit.

The purpose of Gazzar’s visit to China was to gain insight into the latest management, operation, and maintenance systems, as well as marketing mechanisms in place at the CSCEC projects.
