The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) has predicted that from Sunday until Wednesday, there will be rapid fluctuations in weather conditions across the country. These changes include a drop in temperatures and the likelihood of moderate to heavy rain, accompanied by occasional intermittent thunderstorms.
Starting from Monday, there is a possibility of thunderstorms occurring in random areas of the northern parts of Egypt. The rain is expected to extend into Tuesday and Wednesday intermittently. The EMA also noted that these weather fluctuations will be accompanied by wind gusts, which will heighten the cold especially during the night.
Looking at Saturday’s weather forecast, it is expected to be moderately hot in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, and northern Upper Egypt. The northern coasts will experience warm temperatures, while it will be hot in South Sinai and southern Upper Egypt. The night and early morning will be cold in the northern regions of the country and northern Upper Egypt, while growing more pleasant in South Sinai and southern Upper Egypt.
Weather maps indicate limited wind activity in areas such as Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, South Sinai, and the southern parts of Egypt. There is a possibility of light rain falling in areas of the northern coast, Lower Egypt, and the cities along the Suez Canal.

– Alexandria: 23°C
– Cairo: 27°C
– Sharm el-Sheikh: 30°C
– Hurghada: 31°C
– Luxor: 35°C
– Aswan: 36°C
