Public fury has erupted following reports that the fallen King Oyo of Tooro had to cross into Kenya to receive an accurate cancer diagnosis, after months of misdirected care in Uganda’s major private facilities left his aggressive cancer undetected.
Information from the royal family indicates that the 34-year-old king started experiencing pain around July 2025.
