What happens after the votes have been counted and an election won? For Nigeria’s democracy, the answer may sometimes lie beyond the ballot box. That question has come into sharper focus following a revelation by Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, about what happened behind the scenes after Gov.
