The bishops of Chad learned with ‘consternation’ the events that occurred on February 27th and 28th in N’Djamena and that have caused families to mourn.
The Conference of Bishops of Chad deplores the loss of human lives and the atmosphere of mistrust that this situation can generate. It reiterates its ‘firm condemnation of all forms of violence and everything that hinders cohesion and social peace’.
