The Anti-Corruption Court has declined to halt the Shs3.8 billion corruption case against former Trade Ministry Permanent Secretary Geraldine Ssali and her co-accused.
Justice Jane Okuo Kajuga ruled that stopping the trial would unjustifiably delay proceedings.
