In preparation for this special plenary, senators met on March 25 in Brazzaville.
“During this special session, the President of the French Senate will be given the opportunity to enlighten us on the French experience of decentralization, how they manage decentralization, what progress has been made and the efforts made by the French Senate in this area. And we will see how to use these experiences and adapt them to Congo so that our decentralization experiences enthusiasm,” explained Pierre Ngolo.
As a reminder, the President of the Congolese Senate was received on December 13, 2023, at the Luxembourg Palace by Gérard Lercher as part of strengthening cooperation between the two institutions.
