On the afternoon of Friday, April 12, 2024, a fire broke out at the electricity warehouse of Guinea (EDG) located in Hamdalaye 1, near the CEPERTAM professional school. At the moment, the cause of the fire is unknown.
In this warehouse, there are two large sheds containing equipment from the Guinean electricity company. For now, one of the sheds is on fire.
Public and private firefighters are trying to control the flames of the fire.
