By decision number 015 of March 18, 2024, the High Authority for Media and Audiovisual (Hama) suspended 31 news organizations for ceasing publication and not complying with legal requirements, among other reasons.
According to the decision of Hama, these newspapers must follow the creation procedures outlined in articles 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and following of law number 031.
